Southern Hills Family Medicine of Brentwood opened in late January of 2007. We are conveniently located right off Old Hickory Blvd., in the new Seven Springs office building.
From Hwy 65: Go East on Old Hickory Blvd (Rt. 254): Pass the Target Shopping Center, travel approximately 1/2 mile to Seven Springs Way. Take the second left on to Seven Springs Way, our office is in the 2nd building on your right.
From the East side: from Edmonson Pike, traveling West on Old Hickory Blvd 1.5 miles, turn right onto Seven Springs Way, our office is in the 2nd building on your right.
